Founded by Mr. Mel Johnson, All Pro Backflow, Inc. was established in 1998. In 2008 All Pro Backflow, Inc. was sold to its current owner Mr. Jon Lotito, a graduate of San Diego State University's Business Management program. Before purchasing the company Jon had been a laborer, foreman and superintendent at C&D Contractors where he learned about water systems for 6 years. Since assuming ownership Mr. Lotito has raised the bar of an already reputable company by employing a level of unsurpassed customer service, timely service repairs and reliability that is unprecedented. Jon is a firm believer of preventative maintenance and helping to educate customers so they better understand their backflow device. This helps save customers money and builds lasting relationships.

We are licensed and insured (CCL# 934557) in the State Of California and registered with the American Water Works Association (AWWA# 12508 & AWWA# 14926), Sacramento County EMD (#554 & #1104), and BSI Online (PCWA and City of Grass Valley).
